To optimize your marketing success at our March 26th through 29th twin events we need:

  • Your content for our Mobile Event App (will be on every attendees‘ phone, tablet or notebook).
  • Your booth representatives (needed for their event badges).
  • Your breakout session information  – if you’re having one (will be used in our Mobile Event App and announced in general session).
  • Your insertion materials for each attendees registration packet (600 sets required – optional).

If you’ve already submitted some of the below, you need only complete new or modified content. Attendee interest will be directly driven from your provided information – make it as complete and compelling as possible!

    You can ship exhibit materials, etc. to yourself by modifying the first line to your on-site employee.
    Sponsor private breakout rooms are a $250 add-on. If you have not previously ordered a breakout room, you can do so here:
    Optional food and beverage catering is available through the hotel. Call Tricia Bethel-Sookhoo at 404-589-7484 for costs and to make arrangements. You'll be extended a 20% menu cost discount (excluding alcoholic beverages) through our master contract.
  • Only required if you are holding an afternoon breakout session (~5:30pm to as late as you'd like). Again include a paragraph or two or three describing things like who will be speaking at the breakout, what attendees will see/learn, other reasons for coming (refreshments, discounts, door prizes, etc.). Rodney will also announce your breakout session in the preceding general meeting using this information.
    Power is a $250 add-on. If you have not previously ordered power at your table, you can do so here:
    If you purchase power, an outlet will be available a few feet from your table. Bring a 12' to 15' extension cord.
  • Event Booth Representatives (very important)

    We will use this information to create your sponsor badges (required for admittance, dining, etc.). Pick up your credentials between 4:00pm and 7:00pm on Sunday in the Westin Peachtree lobby or on Monday morning between 6:30am and 7:30am in the pre-event area outside the Westin Grand Ballroom.

    This is part of our mobile event app and will only appear there. It can be one of your booth representatives or anyone else in your organization.
